Own Telemetry Build

It is important to setup your own Telemetry setup for vendor agnostic and use any Observability platform.

1. Use OTLPSpanExporter / OTLPMetricExporter for OpenTelemetry Collector, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana etc which supports gRPC and HTTP/protobuf to receive telemetry data via the OTLP protocol.
