As user navigate from one page to another within your web applications, they do not always trigger full page reloads.
When pages are technically similar but differ the content, you can group for better monitoring. Ex: JourneyID=123, JourneyID=234 may refer to different trip location. Technically both same but content is different. Instead of comparing one journey with another, best practice is to start one level up, where you can investigate the group performance of technically identical pages.
Page groups are based on the path and IDs (Ex JourneyID=123, JourneyID=234) that dynatrace automatically detects.
Dynatarce automatically cover for default frame work or other frameworks. In case if it does not cover use Dynatrace Javascript API to set your own page and page group names.
